About the Lake:

Located an hour and a half from Edmonton, Lac Sante is a multi-basin spring fed lake, over 85ft deep in much of the basin directly in front of where this park is located. Lac Sante is known as a great recreational lake for boating and water sports. With natural sandy beaches and NO public campgrounds on the lake, access to the lake is limited to owners - which in and of itself is a serious differentiator for Alberta lakes overall. Lac Sante lake spans St Paul County and Two Hills County and is close to golf courses in both.

About the Resort:

Tranquility Bay is a member owned RV Co-Op resort/park, maintained by full time year-round caretakers. The park provides access to a private boat launch, private boat mooring and/or use of a private marina, beachfront playground, volleyball area and private quad trails. There is a horseshoe pit, baseball diamond, community garden and a fully functioning community centre equipped with year-round washrooms & showers, laundry facilities, community hall with covered veranda and kitchen/cooking facilities, some onsite convenience groceries and a large group camping area with full RV hookups guest related use. There is extra vehicle parking as well as secure boat and trailer parking. The community centre has a recreation hall for park social events and can also be used for private functions. Many organized activities throughout the season such as Canada Day parade, kiddie carnival, face painting , treasure hunts, pancake breakfasts, hotdog lunches, potluck dinners, beach front fireworks, and horseshoe, golf & poker tournaments.

Clever sleeping quarters are surrounded by a large, custom bow window, a full size man door with screen and sliding doors. The south side of the lot has a covered cedar deck area with a built in outdoor ceiling fan - perfect for dining, barbequing and outdoor entertaining. A motorized awning has been installed giving the option to extend the covered area if/when desired. The East side of the lot continues the wrap around cedar deck with additional access points to the lawn area and fire pit. The parking pad on the lot has enough space for a 40ft RV and 2 vehicles. Additional parking (I.e. for guests) is available at the community centre.
