About the Resort: Tranquility Bay is a securely gated member owned RV co-op resort/park, managed and maintained by full time year-round caretakers. The resort provides access to a private boat launch, private boat mooring options and/or use of a private marina, beachfront playground & volleyball area and private quad trails. There is a horseshoe pit, baseball diamond, community garden and a fully functioning community centre equipped with year-round washrooms & showers, laundry facilities, community hall with covered veranda and kitchen/cooking facilities, some onsite convenience groceries and a large group camping area with full RV hookups for guest related use. There is extra vehicle parking as well as secure boat and trailer parking. The community centre/recreation hall is available for members’ private use associated with social events and it’s also used for member/park events (pancake breakfasts, etc.) The social committee organizes activities throughout the season such as a Canada Day kids parade, face painting, kiddie carnival & games, pancake breakfasts, hotdog lunches, family socials and dances, beach front fireworks and horseshoe tournaments.

Clever sleeping quarters are surrounded by a large, custom bow window, a full size man door with screen door mate and sliding doors. 

 

Accessed from the sliding doors, the south side of the lot has a large overhead cedar deck cover with a built in outdoor ceiling fan - perfect for dining, barbequing and outdoor entertaining. Additionally, a motorized awning has been installed to extend the covered area if/when desired. 

 

The East side of the lot consists of the rest of the cabin's wrap around cedar deck with additional access points to the lawn area and wall rock fire pit. Outdoor speakers and ample yard lighting finish the outside for entertaining. 

 

The lot has an 8x10 maintenance-free shed to store equipment and the parking pad has enough space for a 40ft RV and 2 vehicles.
