Members have the following choices for submitting their proxy:
1. Fill in the form and sign manually, scan or take a photo of the form and email it to the email@example.com email address. The person managing the email will have to print a copy and bring it to the special meeting.
2. Print, fill and sign the blank form and pass it to someone to bring to the special meeting. There will also be copies at the manager’s office that can be filled out manually and given to a member of their choosing.
